Virtual Assessments

Thanks to video calling technology we can now carry out our initial assessment of your personal needs and staircase layout without anyone having to visit you at home.

This means we can minimise non-essential contact with our customers, as recommended by the government and public health agencies, as part of our efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19.

All you need is a mobile device that is capable of receiving a video call (for example using Facetime or WhatsApp). At a pre-arranged time, our friendly and experienced advisor will contact you to discuss your needs and preferences. They will also carry out a remote assessment of your staircase layout, noting any features such as nearby doorways and radiators, in order to provide you with a no-obligation quote to provide a stairlift tailored to your requirements.

All our people who are visiting customers at home, including advisors and engineers, have been instructed to wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including face mask and gloves. They follow strict health and safety procedures in order to protect everyone they come into contact with as well as themselves. This includes washing their hands, maintaining a safe distance of 2m where possible, and thoroughly cleaning your new stairlift and their own equipment used during the installation.
